SmartVideo end users can connect to agents via smartphones by means of:
- mobile browser
- SmartVideo mobile app
- agents mobile app, integrating SmartVideo mobile SDK.
When using mobile browser end users can connect to agents by opening a video url OR by entering a PIN code, if agents use the SmartVideo PIN functionality.
For inbound scenario, where a video call is initiated by an end user, connection with agent is established after clicking button "Place a Video Call" or similar button.
