Go to Admin/Integrations, open SmartVideo/Configuration and copy URL

Modify copied URL as follows:
Instead of interaction=1, put interaction={{pcConversationId}}
An example:
https://videome.leadsecure.com/static/genesys.purecloud.html?langTag={{pcLangTag}}&environment={{pcEnvironment}}&interaction={{pcConversationId}}&pak=XXXXXXXX&clientId=XXXXXXXXX
It will be used later in step 7.

Go to Admin and open Integrations, click on +Integration in the upper left corner.

Find and install ‘Interaction Widget' integration

Rename it to Smart Video

Open Configuration tab

In Properties, set:

Url
Use URL from step 2.

iFrame permissions:
camera, display-capture, microphone

Group Filtering:
SmartVideo Agents

iIframe Sandbox Options:
allow-forms, allow-modals, allow-popups, allow-presentation, allow-same-origin, allow-scripts, allow-downloads

In Advanced add icon

Save and activate the integration. Now all agents from the ‘SmartVideo_agent’ group will be able to use SmartVideo from the interaction context.
