Improvements
- Localization: Italian and German are now available across customer and agent-facing experiences once enabled in your admin settings.
- Audio defaults: organizations can configure calls to start with audio muted for agents and/or visitors.

- Pre-call user interface: fixed an issue where the microphone toggle state could appear out of sync.
- Callback availability: Fixed an intermittent issue where callback options could occasionally fail to display for agents.
- Stability: Resolved a configuration conflict that could cause brief service interruptions in multi‑region deployments.

- Security updates were applied automatically; no configuration changes are required on your end.
- To use German or Italian, enable the languages in your admin settings.
- To use Start Audio Muted, configure the new toggles in your videoengager settings area.
